Apply a white or cream color shadow all over the lid and under the brow then proceed to apply any fun colors you want. Starting from the outside corner towards the middle. Apply definition to your brows just look at any Fashion Magazine for inspiration. Use an angled brush and fill in using a brown to black shadow. Apply your mascara and then you are done. This whole application can be done in 30 minutes.
